The site is located in Barro, Noia, only a few meters from Muro’s Estuary.The geometry and position of the house is determined by the Coastline regulations: to build in a corridor 7 m wide at the back of the plot. A small program, sea views and protection from unfavorable orientations completed the project.
The ground floor, containing the living spaces, opens itself to the sea through a continuous window glazing. The first floor, which includes the bedrooms, is made up by two volumes separated by the double-height of the living room, thus creating a sense of spaciousness in this small house.
